5 common mechanical failures

5.1 room

6 elevator general common electrical fault

6.1 room

6.1.2 contactor and circuit breaker fault: contactor or relay does not work, because the contactor or relay coil burnout, control circuit or disconnect plug-in, the control circuit is caused by burn insurance and other reasons, the replacement of the contactor or relay, exclude the breaking point, replacing the fuse.

6.2 well way and car:

6.2.1 upper and lower limit and limit switch fault: the elevator guide rail this failure of the elevator can not take the car, generally due to switch contact is not good or open circuit and other reasons, cleaning contact point or replace, remove the breakpoint, etc..

6.2.2 car door, door interlock switch failure: this failure is not only close to the elevator car door, generally due to the interlocking switch contact is not good or switch damage, circuit breakers and other reasons. Clean the contact point, replace the switch to exclude line break point, etc..

6.2.3 safety clamp switch, safety window switch, car top emergency stop: the failure of the elevator does not take the car, generally due to poor contact or damage caused by the switch. Clean the contact point, replace the switch.

6.3 bottom pit:

6.3.1 buffer switch and pit stop switch: the failure of the elevator does not go in the car, usually due to poor contact, the buffer reset is not in place, the main wire rope is too long, the damage caused by heavy hit buffer switch; clean contacts, buffer reduction, shortened main wire rope replacement switch.

6.3.2 tensioner rope switch fault: the fault elevator does not go in the car, usually due to bad contact switch, safety switch wire clamp is too long, caused by damage, clean the contact point, shorten the safety wire clamp, replace the switch.
